Client:
Swire Properties
Scope of works:
Information Architecture, Editorial Design, Data Visualization, Visual System
This sustainability report for Swire Properties translates its SD 2030 Strategy into a clear and structured visual system. The design brings together environmental, social and economic performance across five strategic pillars, using a flexible editorial language to make a large amount of information easier to navigate and understand.
Imapct:
The final system created a more accessible way to communicate Swire Properties’ sustainability progress across print and digital formats. Clear sectioning, information hierarchy and visual differentiation helped turn complex sustainability data into a more coherent narrative, while maintaining consistency with the company’s broader SD 2030 framework.
Challenges:
The key challenge was managing a highly content- and data-driven report without making it feel overly corporate or dense. With multiple strategic pillars, KPIs and performance updates, the design needed to establish strong hierarchy and consistency while allowing each section to remain visually distinct.
